Buchanan Construction is a family-owned and operated general contracting company, specializing in remodeling for the residential and light commercial market.

Dale Buchanan, Owner, has been in the remodeling industry since 1985. His love for woodworking in high school led him to a career in construction. He started this career as a contractor remodeling nursing homes. Over the next year, he developed Buchanan Construction, which has been actively involved in residential remodeling in the DFW area since 1986.

 Buchanan Construction residential range of jobs covers: additions, kitchens, bathrooms, media rooms, closets, and outdoor living areas. We have the ability to handle jobs from the design and permit process, on through to construction and completion. With an on-site cabinet shop, we are able to specialize in custom and personalized cabinetry for any space. We have extensive experience working on complicated remodeling jobs while homes are occupied. Our on-time job schedules, job site organization, and cleanliness have brought many of our customers to call on us time and again, for all of their remodeling projects.

 Dale and his wife Debbie married in 1997. As Dale saw his company's continued growth, he also saw Debbie's career as a Neo-Natal Nurse Practitioner begin to flourish. Soon after they met they had their two children, Brock and Blair. Brock will soon graduate from Auburn University and Blair is a sophomore at The University of Arkansas. WAR EAGLE AND WOO PIG SOOIE!
